Tim Green Jr.

Founder & CEO

Tim Green is a native Memphian and a product of the Whitehaven community. After graduating from Whitehaven High School in 2003, He received a Bachelors degree in Political Science from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville. After graduating, He became the youngest property manager for Asset Campus Housing and managed a property in Bowling Green, Kentucky. His work took him to Atlanta and Phoenix before leading him back to Memphis. In 2010, he joined the BRIDGES team where he helped to recruit youth for all programs. In 2012, he received his Masters in Education from Bethel University and began teaching at Grizzlies Prep Charter School in 2013. He went on to hold leadership positions at Memphis Scholars Florida-Kansas and Freedom Prep elementary. He then took on the role as STEM Coordinator and Director of the Eureka! Program for Girls Inc. of Memphis and the southwest region leader for Profound Gentlemen, an organization that supports black and brown male educators. In 2016, he founded The Dividend to provide social-emotional learning classes, events and workshops for the community.
